Kick your Habit

As we start the Kick your habit campaign, not only for those in recovery – but for everyone that is participating:


The MD and Clinical manager have committed to spending some time with ourselves - not only work, work, work – O and not arriving at the office in the pitch dark.


Day 1 – Start with believing in yourself.

When we are struggling with addiction, any addiction, overcoming your habit might seem impossible. It can be hard to understand the root of it and why we cannot stop. Feelings of hopelessness and despair can be overwhelming. The process of recovering from our addictions challenges us emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. However, it is possible -


Believe you are worth it and that you can do it. Develop a zero-tolerance for anyone and any that might bring you down.
