13 15 Medical lecture….I am at risk……I need to be very careful…my GP needs to know about my problem
14 15 Sports….Sr Moira you know how to make sports of sport
15 00 Individual session with my pastoral counselor…..I reconnect with God & the choices I made when I was a teenager….a mountain off my shoulders!
I cannot resist mindful walking (I learned about it today) around the green & well-groomed premises….. consoling.
17 00 Dinner time……enjoy life…its delicious!
18 00 Orientation time for all the new comers today……the start of their journey to unlock from the prison on the inside
18 00 Aftercare group sessions…. meeting my counterparts making good progress in recovery…..their message….you can’t stay sober on yesterday’s sobriety
20 00 A warm cup of coffee, a sandwich for the night and moments of sharing with others closes the day for me
