This kind of affirmation is a positive statement about your physical wellbeing. Popularized in a big way by author and speaker Louise Hay, these are based on the idea that your thoughts can influence your health for the better.
You don’t have to be unwell to practice healing affirmations; this idea can be just as helpful for healing emotional pain if you find the idea rings with you. You will notice that our programme chant of today is also a positive affirmation.
