The holiday season can be an intense and overwhelming experience filled with emotional highs and lows. It becomes a frenzy of shopping, buying items we do not need with money we do not have.
For newly patients new in recovery there will be many challenges. Late nights, unhealthy family dynamics and alcohol everywhere, to name but a few.
As I ponder this I am thinking - time to change all of this. So, my suggestion is that we need to start a new tradition. Give yourself and your family the best gift of them all:
